We believe films are a great way to bring people together and inspire good conversation. Good films are good art and can move people’s hearts towards God.

The Angelus Film Festival is in contact with film makers and distributors from around the world to make a selection of award winning and acclaimed movies including Christian film festivals (e.g. International Vatican Film Festival/Mirabile Dictu).

Registered parish venues will be notified of the films to feature at the film festival and can decide if they wish to participate, select the films they wish to screen or revoke their registration. Registration is “free” and parish venues are encouraged to register asap and no later than 16 May 2025. The films to feature at the film festival will be emailed to registered venues, once screening fees are confirmed with film distributors in June.

The Angelus Film Festival will run throughout October 2025. Parish venues can also run the event in another calendar month, from July 2025.
